Any standing water left in the pipes after activation is drained away to prevent stagnant water overheating in the standpipe and scalding the next user. The hi-visibility yellow eye wash is constructed from durable ASA plastic for corrosion resistance in challenging environments. Covers protect the nozzles from dirt and debris. Meets ANSI Z358.1-2014 standards.
